Transaction Limits

• Minimum transfer: NGN 100
• Maximum transfer: NGN 1,000,000 per transaction
• Daily transaction limit: NGN 5,000,000
• Transfer fee: NGN 5 per external transfer

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. Gupay is not liable for losses resulting from compromised login credentials.

Prohibited Activities

Gupay to Gupay transfers are instant. External bank transfers are processed within 5-10 minutes.

External transfers: NGN 5 per transaction. Gupay to Gupay transfers: FREE. Deposits: FREE. Airtime/Data: Market rates.

Is my money safe?

Yes. Your funds are held in secured accounts and protected with bank-grade encryption and fraud monitoring.

How do I reset my password?
